The recruiter after deeming you are qualified, calls you in for an interview. First they do a screening prior to sending you to the hiring manager. Then depending on the department structure you can be interviewed by as little as 1 or as much as 4 people.

Phone interview is typically easy going and as long as you are prepared should have no issues, then multiple in person interviews that will determine whether they like you.
