There will be a written exam to test your English proficiency and then, if you pass, the interviewer would then come in and commence the interview process.
I think they are just trying to evaluate your personality, because to work in that industry people need to have certain qualities.

I was contacted by a recruiter via email and had an initial phone conversation followed by a second interview which was in person. There were two people present during my second interview and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.

Straightforward and not too complicated. Just had to present ability to understand PM process and adaptability to be able to take on the role. Interviewers are very nice and open to a genuine conversation
