The interview was a joke. I pretty much knew I had the job as soon as we started. The hiring manager was a joke too. How do people like this get their jobs? She was dressed in jeans, no one was in the office due to the Christmas holidays, so I did not get to meet any coworkers, and was not shown where I would be working.

After cleaning the written test , will be taken to face to face interview and then lastly hr round.
Written test will be checking your English language skill, Aircraft engine knowledge and engineering drawing interpretation.
Learn the parts of engine thoroughly and basics of ED.

Entrevista
Interview was more based on resume and experience rather than the unusual interview questions. Started out with a brief phone interview to get a feel and then offered an in person interview. Interview was more personal and laid back rather than the usual type of office interview.
