Two interviews, very basic questions (ex. what are your strengths, weaknesses, how do you work in groups, translation history, etc.). I sat down with my current manager and two senior language leads. The interview switched back and forth between Japanese and English. They offered me a position almost immediately after the second interview, as I think they were looking specifically for English native speakers.

Need grammar and presence of mind. Need to be confident. Seo is important. Introduce yourself was the first and then some general questions were asked. It took me sometime for the Interviewer to get back to me.

it was a remote interview, covering everything regarding localization/job roles/ personal commitment. The interviewee needs t have good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Along with that a written test is taken to analyze your customer-facing skills and communication abilities

Entrevista
Short phone call for the first step in the interviewing process. It was announced that if I pass the first filter I will be called again to scheduled another interview with another manager.
