First few exchanges with the in-house recruiters were all very congenial and focused on my ability to do the role, the company itself, and other relevant themes. When I met the hiring manager, things changed. The moment of the interview I've never been able to get out of my head was when they told me the colour of my skin (which I was already aware of) and went on tell me it would make the role challenging and wanted to know how I'd get around this challenge. Truly one of the most horrible moments of my professional life. I know they're a really popular employer for the folk that are there. But if you don't "fit in", you're not getting in. And they're seemingly not afraid to tell you that during the interview.

Premier entretien RH avec la recruteuse. Assez peu de feedback en live et feedback négatif à la fin, expérience au global pas très agréable contrairement à d'autres processus de recrutement faits dans la même période.
Depending on division you are looking at 4 rounds. Recruiter, team member, hiring manager and panel presentation. Very hard to know what someone is looking for in the panel. They don’t make it easy

Well managed interview process, good engaging questions, well thought out and prompt feedback from the talent recruitment team. In general the culture at LinkedIn seemed great and I did not take the role as I was offered another one at my current company.
