Took quite a while to get an onsite interview. Reached out through a contact internally. Initial phone screen after 1 week. Then a second phone screen after 2-3 weeks. Then finally invited onsite for a presentation. Never received word back after this. Reached out after 2 weeks and was not offered a position. Most of the team was very polite and nice. Not really sure what they were looking for in a team member as I thought I performed very well on the interview overall.
