Interview process was smooth. Typical 1st and 2nd interviews went fine. Some scheduling difficulties caused the 3rd interview to be rescheduled. Interviewer revealed midway through he was new to the space. Whenever I revealed what competitors were doing I could hear him writing furiously. Interviewer seemed totally out of depth.
