Call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then check-in with recruiter, and 30 min video call with Excel challenge. The hiring manager seemed very sharp and intelligent. I had some issues with Excel during the video interview (computer was lagging a lot with the large data set, and my internet was also very spotty), so wasn't able to finish the questions in time and felt like I was in a constant time crunch. I didn't move on and was a bit bummed that I didn't speak out about the long lag times. Suggestions if any recruiter is reading this - should probably have candidates do these Excel challenges in person using company laptops since candidates can have really variable laptop speeds.

Interview was well, sql and excel test. Then was ghosted by the recruiter. Super unprofessional! Probably same recruiter ghosting other candidates. Don’t want to work for a company that ghost candidates
