Efficient and without unnecessary conversation. Technical assessment and business conversation. The technical interview focuses on testing knowledge of Azure solutions, Microsotf Sql Server and understanding of the business context. The soft skills part tests the approach when talking to customers, the ability to handle different situations.

Se tuvo una primera entrevista con RH donde me preguntaron aspectos básicos de mi experiencia para posteriormente pasarme a una entrevista con un manager y un campeón. La entrevista fue todo verbal en ingles donde me preguntaron sobre las herramientas y mi experiencia. Todo muy ameno y afable.
