It was tricky. If you are technically sound you will pass it easily. They judge on soft skills too.. there are two rounds first technical then HR. You have to clear both to get in.

The hiring process consisted of a phone screening interview followed by an on-site interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. They requested me to create a presentation about my career and relevant accomplishments. Received an offer two days after my on-site interview. Safety is heavily emphasized during these interviews which is a good indicator of an active safety culture at the site.

The interview process was tedious but it was engaging in the sense of the interviewer willing to explain about the working culture, the organization structure and the expectation for the role.
