very simple, just interviews with HR and then management. Sent the CV and then pushed a bit to get attention. Once meetings were arranged, the interviews were straight forward with general questions. more the type of a conversation where you get a bit the feeling how it would be to work together. This interviews were with about 2 or 3 people of the business side and one guy in HR that was only there to tick the box and be able to say that he is ok, but had the impression that he had nothing to say in the decision.
