Entrevista
Very straightforward, did a consultation which consisted of a brief video and a grammar and comprehension test. The grammar test was on some made-up words to test for awareness of phonemes. The comprehension test was actually pretty challenging. Next was an on-site interview with pretty standard questions for a job teaching small groups of students.

Entrevista
Straight Forward Process, applied online and got a call for an interview a week later. Came in and watched a short video followed by a spelling test and a critical thinking multiple choice test. After the tests, you are briefly interviewed by the site manager. I was offered the job after a couple of questions.
