Phone interview, followed by a screening in the learning center where I was given a battery of tests. First a spelling test, followed by a reading comprehension and critical thinking test. Finally, an IQ-style test and a personality test. All 4 tests took about an hour and a half. I was offered a break halfway through, which I declined because I just wanted to get on with it.
The tests were a bit unusual to give to an office manager, but they weren't difficult. I get that they don't want to hire someone unintelligent, but it did seem like more weight was being put on the tests than anything else, rather than whether the candidate was qualified to perform the functions required of an office manager.

Was sent a Google Drive with files about the company, the job description, school holidays etc. I was confused as it appeared to be a one way video interview. But it’s not, it’s a zoom interview with their HR. They canceled interview an 45 minutes before the interview. And the interview was scheduled a week in advance. Very unprofessional and not sure if it was automated

Do not waste your time interviewing with this company.
I was sent to the wrong address for this interview, despite asking the HR recruiter days beforehand which address of the 2 addresses provided was correct.
Despite giving a professional interview after I walked 20 extra minutes in the 80 + degree heat to the correct address, I was rejected within days. In addition, prior to this I was selected for a phone interview, the recruiter called me on a day and time that I did not include in the email of my availability.

Positive vibe, let me ask alot of questions. Was upfront on salary expectations. Set me up for the next step of the process. Did not work in the local office so couldn't answer more regional questions.
