Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Limio (Londres, Inglaterra) en sept 2024
Entrevista
5 Stages as laid out in the process during the application.
1. Initial Call
2. Take home tech test
3. Tech Interview
4. Culture Fit Interview
5. Office based interview
Overall really nice bunch of people, looked like a great place to work. I got to the 5th stage which overall ended up probably being about 2 days worth of work. Sad to not get the offer, feedback was just that I didn't have enough tech experience which was a shame as I'd got through to the final stage!

General cultural fit questions and more specific based on tech test.
The first stage of the interview was a general chat about my experience, background, and how my skills matched the role.
After that, I moved on to the next stage, which was a take-home coding test in React where I had to add features to a small codebase. I didn’t get the role in the end, but I asked for feedback and was surprised to receive a detailed response over the phone. One of the engineers explained what I did well, what could have been better, and even shared examples of what other candidates had done. It was such a standout experience because no other company has taken the time to provide this level of feedback in my job search. It made the process feel much more worthwhile, and I think more companies should follow this approach—it’s incredibly helpful for candidates who want to improve and grow.

Passed the first HR screening which was just a chat about why I'm in the world of tech. Completed the take-home technical test but was then just given a standard rejection email: 'Thanks for taking the time to apply to Limio. Unfortunately we have decided not to progress your application, as you did not have enough relevant experience for this role.' When I worked with all the tools they mentioned in the job advert and had 3+ years of experience when they required 6+ months, I asked for feedback but was ignored. I can understand not being selected if my code wasn't good enough but I thought the code was good and I think some feedback would be great especially to help me with any future interviews,
