I found the interview process to be really slick. The team were very communicative, despite the challenge of working across multiple timezones for my role. Everyone was accommodating and empathetic.

1. The recruitment team was very quick to respond to me for a first introductory call. They explained the position, benefits, and interview process. 2. The next meeting was set up very efficiently with the hiring manager. I was sent instructions to prepare a 20-minute presentation and to be ready to answer some questions about my previous experience and strengths/weaknesses. 3. The meeting with the hiring manager was enjoyable. She was friendly, energetic, and professional - very authentic. She gave constructive feedback on my presentation and voiced her questions openly. 4. My next meeting was with the Director. It was a very human conversation. She was very open. She genuinely asked for my input on some real initiatives she was working on which made me feel valued and listened to. HR remained responsive to my questions and moving the process along. Each step of the entire process was very transparent. It felt like we could really speak openly about the opportunities and challenges of the position, and how I might fit in the role.
