There was a clear lack of organization on the interviewer's part: - My first interview was canceled a few hours before it was scheduled and pushed to the next day. - The next day the interviewer hops on the zoom call late and complains about how she was held up refusing another candidate that was arguing with her. - No explanation whatsoever about the role which I found to be completely bizarre. - No explanation about the type of candidate / level of experience they're looking for. - No timeline given for when I would hear back, just that she needed to discuss with other members. - I reached out for news 2 weeks later and I was sent a "sorry we need more experience" email and told I would have heard back sooner but that she had to take a few days off. Perhaps I don't have the experience required but it would have been nice to feel like my time is respected despite it being very clear that the interviewer just didn't want to be there.
