I applied online where you had to answer a couple questions about yourself. I received a call for a phone interview and was later on invited for interviews at the castle. Pretty easy and straight forward recruitment process and the staff was really great at communicating with me. Lightspeed seems like a great work environment and I can’t wait for my first day.

I had an initial interview with the HR department, who asked me standard screening questions (e.g. why Lightspeed, tell me about yourself, why sales, etc.). She thought I would be a good candidate for the role and moved me on to the next round. They ended up combining the last two interviews into one which was slightly stressful, but good on getting the interview process moved along quickly. I interviewed with two more senior members of the SDR team, who were very casual and easy to speak with which helped to ease my nerves for the upcoming mock call I had to do with them. Overall, I would say the interview process ran very smoothly and quickly and was not too hard or nerve wracking once you started speaking with the people involved in the hiring process.
