I had an initial interview with the HR department, who asked me standard screening questions (e.g. why Lightspeed, tell me about yourself, why sales, etc.). She thought I would be a good candidate for the role and moved me on to the next round. They ended up combining the last two interviews into one which was slightly stressful, but good on getting the interview process moved along quickly. I interviewed with two more senior members of the SDR team, who were very casual and easy to speak with which helped to ease my nerves for the upcoming mock call I had to do with them. Overall, I would say the interview process ran very smoothly and quickly and was not too hard or nerve wracking once you started speaking with the people involved in the hiring process.

The interview team was so kind and welcoming, asked thought-provoking questions, and made the experience one of the best I've had. The variety of behavioural and situational questions asked allowed me to show my soft skills and how I handle time management, motivation and conflict.

Streamlined, thoughtful & supportive. I found the whole experience enjoyable and engaging. The scheduling was quick and precise from the moment I applied for the job. I was provided with detailed information and at no point was I left unaware of how to proceed with the next steps.
