About average. Several trips down as people were usually traveling. Seemed like nice people. Got verbal offer. Accepted it. Never heard from them again even after several calls and emails...not sure what to make of their ability to follow through or honor verbal offers. All I can say is...If they say "Good Morning," get it in writing.
