This was a 2-stage interview process with various members of the management team. The questions asked were mainly about my background, experience and working style. Throughout the interviews, the focus was on whether I would be a good fit for the team.

The interviews included a few specific questions, such as how I would QC productions, handle requests outside of working hours, etc. I was also asked about examples of custom or complex projects I was previously involved, hobbies, and long-term goals.

Entrevista
The interview was conducted informally via phone and lacked organization, with multiple back-and-forth calls rather than a structured conversation. The second through zoom but still the people didin’t have a plan.
Too lengthy process and lots of steps to complete before being declined. Same questions asked repeatedly. Salary is good if you can get in the company. Sorry if this is not what you wanna hear.
Arduous. Flew to Seattle, interviewed all day, red eye home. Interviewed with 5-6 people. Nice offices. Met a lot of people. Time zone difference made for an exhausting day. Thirty words is a lot of words
