Was contacted for phone interview via email. Selected a 30 minute time slot from available choices and interviewed two days later. Three individuals joined the call, one of whom was 20 minutes late and missed the most important info shared. The CTO did not seem to have a background in education and was not very friendly. At the end of the call he caught me off guard by asking what my current salary was. Too high for their liking I guess; never heard back, even after sending thank you emails to all three.
