An excellent, thorough 4 part interview process. It starts with an interview with one of the company partners, they'll be evaluating your ability to communicate and your background to see if you're a good fit. Next is a technical interview where they test your abilities against a broken workstation and have the server engineers interview you. After that, it's off to dinner with 2 or 3 people from the company. The final step is the actual job offer. For me, this was a two week process with several scheduled meetings.
