There are 2 round of interviews. The first round is a sit down with other trainers and they ask about your resume and how much you know about the company. The 2nd part of the first round they take you to the fitness floor and test your knowledge of fitness and human anatomy.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
