very simple interview process, make sure to know the mission statement. The company loves individuals that are confident and out-going. Make sure to give examples of customer service experiences from previous jobs.
It was calm, comfortable and they followed up quickly. The people were very nice and even though I didn't end up working there, it was a good experience. I might apply again soon just because of how smooth the interview was.

They want a picture and ask you to memorize a catchphrase they assign you in the call or email scheduling the interview, so you need to have a headshot and dress professionally.

The interview is very straight forward. They just want to see if you would be a good fit for the company. It is a very relaxed conversation style interview. It was two interviews.
