In person interview during an interview day in their gym. Following that experience I received an email saying that I was offered the job. After that I had to go in and speak with the child care director and prepare for the week long mandatory training.

What's your favorite part of working with children?
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
