Comfortable setting. Interviewed with one other person due to high candidate volumes. Both assistant DH and DH gave the interview. Extremely kind staff. Separated both candidates at one point so they could get to know us separately. After interview, brought in for audition in which a group of candidates played games with a group of children. Assistant department heads observed and discussed afterward with each candidate one on one

Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me

Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
