Very complex process for a very simple job. There were 3 levels of phone, 1:1 spa manager then an invitation to meet the general manager. It was expected to memorize the mission/vision statements prior. There is also an expectation to be extremely fit and healthy and a required screen of general medical baselines- (cholesterol, bp etc)

Short interview with the hiring manager and the general manager. Was very welcoming and had a very engaging conversation. The questions are about the mission statement and values of the Lifetime community essentially.

Step one is phone interview. Step two is interview with manager. Step three is final interview with general manager. It was an easy process if you came prepared. Dress business professional for all in-person interviews.
