It was a bit long, given there were about 4-5 rounds of interviews. However, it was swift, and to the point emphasizing the mission of LT and what they are all about. They definitely are persistent and dynamic with their structure, but in the end... a great process and got the job!

The interview process was pretty standard. There was 3 rounds with multiple behavior based questions and meetings. The first interview was a meet and greet which discussed your goals and if you live the same lifestyle that represents the company. The second interview with the main manager, and the third interview with the General Manager.
