3 step process, phone interview, group Skype call then 1 on 1 with onsite manager. If you are not chosen past the phone interview all communication with you will cease even though you were told you would be followed up with and for you to please keep in touch.

quick and easy - not intimidating. The manager I met with was nice. She was easy to talk to and she did a thorough job explaining the jobs requirements and expectations.
