Entrevista
three separate interviews. First with PT Manager, second with an assistant for a practical interview, last with club manager. Each interview was spaced a week apart. I received a review of my interview after each round I completed.

Past experience was brought up to gauge your future performance, be prepared with past revenue numbers, client roster sizes, etc.
Definitely have to come correct! Show them why you’re passionate about training! We know the mission and vision. Also show confidence and be able to sell! Awesome let them know. You are a competitor.
Interview process is pretty basic if you’ve been in the industry before. They have you take them through a training session to assess how well you understand what you are doing.

Entrevista
Very structured. They'll walk you through a training session. You will pretend that the hiring director is a client and walk them through the components of a personal training session. ( Warm up, Muscle release, Activation, Core moments)
