There were 2 interviews.
The first one was a group interview with the manager. He basically just explains the role and responsibilities of the job. He then asks a few behavioral/situational questions. Anyone is open to answer them and he doesn't call on people. I stepped up and answered and then later I got set up with a second interview with someone who was a higher up in the company. The interview was a few days later and lasted maybe 30 mins. They also made you remember the gold-code which is their company code and you had to say it at the second interview.

Applied online and heard back less than a week to then attend a hiring fair to be interviewed first come first serve. Arrived and signed into a sheet with others on the list to check in. I was given a paper to write basic info and it had interview questions on the back. Manager was super quick and easy to talk to! Only had one interview and the process took over a month. Just practice situational questions and respond in a clear and upbeat/friendly manner and you'll get the job!

Give an example of when you worked collaboratively with others to accomplish an important goal. What was the goal or objective? What was your role in achieving this objective? What went well? What could you have improved on?

the hiring process is rigorous but weeds out the workers that arent right for the company , after working here for two weeks the workers are so kind so helpful everyone is amazing.

It is a basic behavioral interview. It's not too formal. Just look put together and you'll be fine. There are two interviews. One with the manager and then one with the general manager of the gym.
