It was a 2 step interview process. First interview is 20-30 minutes over zoom, which was very surface level just getting to know you. Second interview was in person group interview that's an hour and a half - 2 hours. Asked more behavioral based questions towards second half, whereas first half is very educational about the club, company, and job role and expectations.
The very first interview was with the restaurant manager and last/second interview was with the general manager. Both were around thirty minutes to an hour long and great experiences. I had my follow up interview one week after the first one.
