Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Lids (Burnaby, BC) en may 2013
Entrevista
This was a few years ago, I'll just always remember it. The hiring manager was 30 minutes late, and then proceeded to take her time when she was getting ready for the interview and told me to take my time looking around the store. Once she was ready she wanted to do the interview in the food court, as we were walking by a kiosk where the employees would be pretty 'in your face' with sales said "Don't you just hate that? They're so pushy." Not thinking I just shrugged and agreed. Looking back I'm pretty sure it was a test. As soon as we sat down she looked at my resume and said "I don't think you're right for this position." The whole interview was like a test, like I should have been harsh selling myself. She didn't really ask me any questions.
At the time I was living in Langley and wanted out really badly so I was looking for jobs outside of Langley and she seemed very confused about that.

I don't really remember her asking me anything. She was just sort of putting me down and telling me I wasn't qualified. I guess one question was "Why should I hire you?"
That's honestly the only question I can think of that she asked me.
Great process. Very seamless process. From beginning to end it was very easy to apply and then the day of the interview with the hiring manager that was on site at the location of the interview
Walked around the area and discussed the job in detail. Was told how to act around customers and what to do during intense situations. The manager asked me to talk about a skill that'll help with the job but isn't on my resume.
Had the interview in the mall food court so it was noisy hard to hear at times Asked questions on my you want to work at lids. Sort of difficult interview for such a low paying job it's like I was interving to be president
