Very hard to get interview, based on things you wouldn’t know do not like do not find it accessible to those without prior interview experience. Need a better system for applicants

It’s was a pretty standard interview process. The questions that can be found amongst the ones listed. Just make sure you prepare. I didn’t have lots of experience, but I answered the questions well and was offered the job.

Nemen alle tijd en zijn zeer luisterend. Word nergens op aan gedrongen, heel open en leggen meteen alles uit tot in detail zodat je weet waar je voor solliciteert.
