Very common questions, met with 4 people during the final call. Very serious and structured. The initial screening was about 15-20 minutes and went over the basics of why you wanted to come to this company and what you can offer, then the final interview was more in depth and lasted an hour
interview was quite ok, i had an opportunity to discuss my portfolio and selected projects and talk more about these projects. I described my process and ways of working, sharing feedback and communicating

Ho avuto due colloqui telefonici in cui mi hanno spiegato quale avrebbe dovuto essere il mio ruolo all'interno dell'azienda e in cui mi hanno fatto domande sulle mie competenze. Dopo i quali non sono più stata contattata.

Entrevista
Il primo colloquio telefonico era semplicemente conoscitivo. Nel secondo ho parlato con diversi membri del team che mi hanno spiegato la posizione e l'ambiente. Mi hanno fatto domande personali legate all'azienda, come per esempio cosa comprassi più spesso o se avessi notato modifiche nel tempo sull'allestimento e la comunicazione aziendale.
