I first had to complete an online test to get through to the interview stage. The interview mostly focused on my past experience for one half and the second half was situational questions. They got back to me in a few days to say i didn't get the job. I think they wanted someone more flexible as I'm a uni student and i don't think i had as much experience as they wanted.

The interview process was professional and well structured, with clear communication throughout. The interviewer explained the role, responsibilities, and expectations. Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
