Took 2 weeks from applying to getting invite online for interview. Was invited to store and interviewed by the area manager. Asked standard questions why Lidl and not Aldi? What was my view on equality?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
