Entrevista
There are two interviews that place. First one being with store manager as assistant store manager. The store manager reads off a list asking questions about work history and past team experiences. Assistant store manager also asks one or two questions but is mainly just taking notes. Second interview is with area manager and it consists of your flexibility and future.
The interview process was efficient and went by quite quickly. Prepare well in advance, look into the company, and you will be fine. Make sure to ask a question at the end of the interview!

Kurz und ergiebig. Sympathische Recruiter und vielfältige Gesprächsthemen. Gute Einführung in die Frage Runde. Am Schluss etwas abrupt beendet. Aber dennoch okay. Danach in keine zweite Runde eingeladen worden. Trotzdem eine gute Erfahrung gemacht.

Very basic interview. Took 10 minutes where they assessed what you would do in various situations. As long as you gave the "obvious " answer then you were fine. Apart from that they just asked for details
