One informational session was held to discuss the position, the college's views on Christianity and education, and how it incorporates the two.
The second interview was primarily faith-based integration with teaching.

Tell me about how you integrate faith into your teaching.
I had a panel phone interview (2 interviewers). Since I had already been working at the university, thankfully the interviewers were aware of my reputation and work ethic. The interview lasted for about an hour.
