Completed an online application. A few days after the application a recruiter reached out to me to go over the job description. They wanted to ensure I could attend the in person training. They made it seem like it was an interview but it was a 5 minute phone call. Then a few days later I had my teams meeting interview. I met with 3 people total. They do ask STAR method questions so be prepared for that. Two days later the recruiter let me know that I was offered the job.
