Phone Interview, mostly informational, then two rounds of in-person interviews. Interviews focused much more on fit and culture than any prior knowledge. First interview was with junior levels, then with practice heads for three different groups. Overall very friendly; interviews seemed to be more about selling me on the company than on getting me to show my worth.
