Applied through university, got scheduled for two 30-mins interviews two weeks after. Overall very bad experience, interviewers rushed and tried to finish fit questions, case, and Q&A in 30 mins, unreal! The first interviewer said he had another call right after our interview so he had to jump, which led to a rush of case interview (he didn't allow me to finish my talk and even skipped some graphs) then ended up with no time for Q&A. Very unprofessional and no respect to candidate who spent hours preparing for the interview.

Shortlist based on resume Two online interviews with people 1-2 years senior (First interview partly behavioral and partly case without exhibits; Second interview completely case based with exhibits) Two in-person interviews in their corporate office with MDs (First interview partly behavioral and partly case with an exhibit - some math; Second interview is an independent case where you are given several exhibits and half an hour to work through and arrive at your recommendations which you have to present to the MD when he returns to the room) Final round with SVP of the Corporate Strategy & Research team - conversational case Their process is relatively fast and organized which is great. You are treated well which is great. I have mixed opinions about their selection criteria but that's just my opinion. Performance in a case interview does not translate very well into real life competence (fast thinking vs. slow thinking) but the process is what it is so prep obsessively for case interviews if you want to get through.
