      Entrevista

      I applied on my college's career website and gave my resume to the recruiter at our career fair. The recruiter was unfriendly and didn't really seem to care about the program and barely answered my questions. She then told me that the program was very competitive and implied that I was not a competitive candidate. Surprisingly I got an email from the recruiter a few days later to answer a questionnaire. After that she set up a phone interview about a week later. She was far more pleasant and informative during the interview. She asked basic behavior questions and it took about 20 mins. The TRP is not as well-planned or organized as most of the rotational/development programs I applied to. A week later I had a phone interview with an engineering manager who would make hiring decisions later in the process if I was invited to an on-site interview. The interviewer asked behavior questions and asked me to describe in detail my previous employment and research experiences. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the program and seemed interested the whole time. THEN, she asked technical questions which were chemistry/material science based and this went horribly. I answered 2 of 5 correctly and this clearly changed her attitude towards me during the interview. The technical questions are pointless. They ask you to remember information you haven't used since freshmen year and could relearn in five minutes, but have not retained until now because you don't use the information. This doesn't test reasoning skills. It tests whether you are lucky and they ask questions you remember from years ago. I never heard back from Lexmark. They didn't even have the courtesy to send a rejection after I had interviewed twice. This left an even more negative impression of the company for me.

      Entrevista

      I got an email a few days after applying online and was sent information for a digital one way interview. I had to record myself answering three different questions. Never heard anything back, wasn’t a fan of this process and it was extremely awkward. I would not go any further with a company if they made me do an interview like this again.

      Entrevista

      Step 1: Behavioral Video, they basically ask you many behavioral questions, and your answer will be recorded. You have a few tries for each question. I would not worry too much about this part. Step 2: Phone Call, a recruiter and a manager sit together to ask questions about background once again, and ask a few CS concepts. I would review Big O, how data structures work, how a specific language works (your strongest). Step 3: On-site, they fly you out to Lexington, KY. There is a small dinner the night before and you really get the feel for life in that area. The next day, there were three interviews, all with pairs of engineers. They dig further into your past projects, and how you dealt with any problems and success along the way.

      Entrevista

      A mixture of behavioral and technical questions. The technical questions were all based on my technical research/ experience listed on my resume. How formal the interview is is dependent on your interviewers. Two of my interviewers were very laid back. The conversation was very relaxed and informal. The other two interviewers were more formal.
