Different and well structured.
First interview with in-house recruiter to go through basic information about you and your experience.
Second interview was a role play to go through a real-life scenario to see how you would handle various situations with different stakeholders.
Third interview with the directors.

Entrevista
Throughout the interview process, it was conducted in a professional manner, however; by the 3rd interview with leadership, I was unimpressed by comments and remarks from the director of the company. Asked why I would not be offered a certain level, the reason was that “I have not worked in a “good team” with my current experience while even name dropping the companies I worked with and comparing with Lexicon. It is quite unprofessional when a director of a company says these things within an interview especially when trying to sway potential candidates into your company. After the interview, I called the HR team to withdraw my application
