Do not show up in jeans, or any casual clothes, this should be obvious, but you would be surprised at how many people do, even if you are just there to fill out an application, the interview might happen on the spot, Dress professional, act professional, answer what you can, be honest. All of these things will go a long way.
Don't wait for them to call you after 5 days, be persistent, but polite.
Call them back several times if you have not heard anything.

After 3 resumes submitted on the website I decided to show up at a job fair and was hired on the spot. The process was easy and pretty quick, they have some everyday questions that if you are quick on your feet these would be normal responses.

I was referred by a co-worker. I was emailed by one of the managers and she gave a day to come in for an interview. I went to the interview and I was hired on the spot. Then they sent me my schedule.

Very relaxed setting, basically just having a conversation with the manager of the department you are applying for. The manager kept the process easy and relaxed, which more the whole process very un-stressful.
