My interview was at a starbucks, pretty normal, they checked if I had retail skills, what I knew about the company and their products. However, the woman who interviwed me assured me that they woud call me back and atleast tell me if I got the gig or not. I never heard anything, they lied to me, made me feel real bad because I believed I had a decent shot.

The interview was conducted in the back of the store before store opening. It was a group interview with three total candidates. The interviewer would ask a series of questions and we would all take turns offering our response.

Each pair was given a celebrity or singer as a prompt and tasked with selecting an appropriate outfit for them. After completing the collaborative activity, candidates moved on to one-on-one interviews.
