Really cool, tried to understand what kind of guy I was, my motivation and fit to the job.
Question were maybe too open though, and the interviewer did not tell me much about the job.
She also told me at the end that they were searching for somebody ASAP, even if I was applying for a later period, which I interpreted as a refuse. She therefore didn't respond to my e-mail, so I had to understand without any follow-up that she wasn't ok to hire me.

The interview process was very relaxed and straight forward . I felt very at ease even though I was super nervous before. I didn’t feel rushed to provide answers and it was over very quickly

Group interview held at the store. Split into small groups and completed group based activities. Manager came over and asked everyone basic questions like hobbies, why you want work here etc

Very easy- i was asked only few questions and very straightforward.
The manager made me feel very at ease and welcomed and I got the job straight away
It was a very short interview and only lasted for about 15 minutes, then I got the job the same day and onboarding started straight away.
