Entrevista
The interview was very relaxed. I had a one on one interview, which surprised me as many of the reviews i have raid stated that the first interview is in a group format. The manager asked me about myself and then proceeded to ask about where i get style information from, why did i choose Levis, and what i look for in a good shopping experience. He then opened it up to me to ask him any questions i may have. This was my first interview and i was quit nervous going in to it, but the manager was not pushy and stiff and this took a lot of the edge off.

Entrevista
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
