Two phone calls, one with HR, the other with 2 managers from the department I was gonna work at. Then a third round in headquarters with same managers. Usual personality and work questions plus a few Excel exercises and personality/behavioral tests (HR)

Most difficult was a real work case with sell-in/sell-out data in Excel sheet that I had to interprete. Not difficult per se but as it was my first job, interpreting the data was a first. Was asked to speak a bit of German as I said I had intermediary level
