Recruiter was persistence in calling and communicating to get me talking. We exchanged a few messages and a few calls to get an interview with the employer set up. Recruiter followed up right after interviews to check in and then I heard nothing back.

Entrevista
-During the 30 minute screen call, I was asked many questions but they never shared any information about the company or why the role should be interesting for me.
-During my next interview, it was supposed to be 1 hour long and it ended up being 2 hours long. At no point during this interview did the recruiter take the time to pitch the company to me.
-When I emailed the recruiter after the interview, I never received a response from her.

They asked me incredibly specific examples about methods I use for recruiting people, negotiating, and roles I've closed. If you provide top down information as opposed to being too specific, they will fault you for it.
Amazing to meet with CEO as a recruiter. Definitely felt like a great cultural fit from start. Not your standard questions. Met with Multiple people from different areas of company
